This website is operated by The Batch Company. By using it or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
Our pickles are made in small batches. Natural variation in colour, texture and heat between batches is normal. Please read the ingredient list on the label before eating, especially if you have allergies.
Taster requests
Taster requests are reviewed individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee a taster.
Pre-orders and pricing
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A pre-order is confirmed only once payment succeeds. Batches are limited; if we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will refund it in full.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your payment details.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
