What we collect

When you request a taster, join our interest list or place a pre-order, we collect only what you give us:

your name and mobile number
your city and email address, if you provide them
for pre-orders, your delivery address
how you heard about us, if you tell us

We also record how you arrived at our site (for example, a campaign link you clicked) so we know which channels work. Our site analytics are anonymous and don’t use cookies.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay’s own privacy policy applies to the payment.

How we use it

to contact you about a taster request or an order
to deliver your order
to tell you when our pickle is available, and about future batches
to understand interest in our products

We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email. We don’t sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing. We share delivery details only with the courier delivering your order.
